"Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty (CROP) Walk Against Hunger Recruitment"

 The 2007 Dearborn/Dearborn Heights Cropwalk was a huge success!

Fund raising:

110 walkers raised approximately $11,667.65,
As well as funds for national and international projects, 25% of this money went to five local charities; Manna Community meals, Crossroads, Meals for Shut-ins, Covenant House of Michigan and the St. Leo Soup Kitchen. Each charity received approximately  $583.38. "As well as raising money to fight hunger, the walkers donated food, clothing and towels for local charities, including over 60 towels and over 45 items of clothing."
